pillow and bolster have organic cotton inner covers, OEKO-100 certified breathable outer covers, buckwheat hull fill. strap is made of 100% recycled polyester with metal rings. grounding pillow is 13in x 17in, 2.5 lb, bolster measures 24in x 6in x 6in, 4 lb. strap measures 1.5 in x 96 in.
