where are your products made?
our practice tools are responsibly made in taiwan which follows stringent guidelines for materials and production. our grounding pillow, bolster, candle and essential oil offerings are made with care in usa.
what makes our eco-foam different?
our eco-foam combines 25% bio-based materials with EVA foam. this more sustainable material can be found in our yoga block and roller.
why do we use high elevation wild crafted and organic oils?
high elevation and wildcrafted essential oils have powerful energetics. the chemistries of these oils have a profound and nuanced effect on our brains inducing calm and focus. find them in mind-meld.
why is my bolster and pillow filled below capacity?
our practice bolster and grounding pillow are infinitely malleable and intentionally not overfilled. this allows them to mould to the contours of your body and to support you in practice. read more about elevated support in practice with props.
can i use my foam roller for more than recovery?
our eco-foam roller can be used to prepare for practice and roll to recover, but it can also be used as an aid to meditation. learn more about somatic foam rolling here.
why is our mantra candle unscented?
the mantra candle in unscented on pupose to reduce distraction during practice. scented candles are a relatively new phenomena and it is unclear if their highly concentrated fragrance aids or distracts from meditation practice. to add the benefits of aromatherapy to your practice apply mind-meld to your pulse points as needed. read more about our judicious scenting philosophy here.

what makes eco-foam a more sustainable alternative?
our eco-foam comprises of 25% bio-based materials such as bamboo and rice husk from agricultural waste. this reduces the amount of raw materials needed to create the foam. it is produced in factories that rely on renewable sources of energy for up to 50% of their production needs.
is our yoga mat biodegradable ?
our natural tree rubber is a responsibly sourced biodegradable sustainable and recyclable material.
is our packaging eco-aware?
we use minimal packaging for our products ... mostly paper and cardboard which is recyclable. our glass containers can be washed repurposed or recycled.
can I always recycle your products?
while we work towards being fully sustainable, some of our products cannot be recycled at this time. they are however made to be used frequently and for an extended period of time. we do not produce anything than is single use and avoid unnecessary packaging where possible.
are synergies more sustainable?
synergies of tools reduce the need for individually packaging and shipping of products which reduces their environmental footprint. the benefits to you is also reflected in the lower amalgamated price of our kits and free shipping.

how long does it take to process my order?
we take us 1-2 days to process your order and put it in the mail.
is shipping free?
we offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more in the contiguous US. our kits always ship free.
do you offer expediated shipping?
in most cases we suggest you take a deep breath and wait for your package to arrive via regular shipping services. our products are worth the wait and there is so much to explore on our website. for an additional charge expedited 2 day shipping is available.
is global shipping available?
we are currently not shipping globally but will be in the near future. stay informed by signing up for our newsletter.
how many days do I have to change my mind?
please open your package as soon as it arrives to examine your order for any damage. you have 30 days to preview our products and to change your mind. products must to be returned unused in resalable condition with all labels attached.
are returns free?
please shop with intention. we are a small enterprise and are unable to cover return costs in most circumstances. we do provide extensive information on our product pages and clear images that show our products in great detail so you can make an informed decision. if you still have questions about our products please feel free to reach out to us.
what guarantees do you offer?
we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee them against manufacturing defects. we examine our products carefully before shipping them to you. surface imperfections and flecks in natural materials are not flaws but a feature of the product. surface imperfections are not covered by our guarantee.
