a note from our founder

WELCOME

as technologies such as social media and AI gain ubiquity, we stand at an inflection point in our history. while these technologies dramatically benefit us as individuals and societies, they also create dissonance and disruption in their wake.

mindful practices and the physical tools that support them, can cut a path through the ambiguity and help us move forward with greater agility in our human journey towards wisdom and expansion.

i invite you to take the offerings of calmdojo on this journey, and to use them to push and probe the limits of your practice and what it means to be human. as your body wanders the parameters of your mat, let your mind stretch towards your goals.

along the way take time to decompress. clear the digital and sensory detritus you may have accumulated unaware. move forward from a place of compassion and clarity rather than distraction and fear. breathe deeply and begin. welcome.
