ways to use your bolster
for supine practices
use your bolster to support your body during constructive rest. reap the full benefits of practices such as savasana and yoga nidra.
for chest openings and breathwork
place bolster across your back under your chest cavity and lay back. release tension in the chest area head and neck.
for deepening relaxation
run the bolster along the length of your spine and then release into it for fully relax your body and breathe.

for a more grounded practice
