materials
foam roller made of bio-based foam with 25% bamboo fibers and rice husk powder and EVA polyolefin elastomer, ABS plastic inner tube. yoga strap made of 100% recycled polyester fiber with metal buckle. mind-meld contains essential oils of pinyon pine, frankincense, juniper leaf, black pepper, atlas cedar, clove, cardamom, lavender and wild orange, MCT oil used as carrier oil.

rinse foam roller and strap with water as needed. keep away from direct sunlight when not using. use essential oils in well a ventilated space.
